Ethernet not working

I have the Alienware X51 R3 desktop, and have been using Wifi, but now want to use ethernet to connect to my home's LAN.

I've tried plugging multiple ethernet cables into the built in port in the back of the computer, but nothing shows up.

I actually suspect that it has something to do with me having reinstalled Windows 10 some time ago: maybe I don't have the drivers? I just can't seem to figure out which driver is the one I should be using, though.

The Dell Alienware X51 R2 desktop with the components described below has been awarded the status of certified for Ubuntu.

Please note that for pre-installed systems:
